  • 8oz light cream cheese ( 1 package)
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup sharp cheddar cheese shreded
  • 1/3 cup Italian parmesean cheese (to garnish)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • ½ cup of chopped frozen spinach (thawed and drained)
  • 140z can of artichoke hearts
  • ¼ teaspoon of salt and pepper

 Preheat oven to 350 degrees

In medium mixing bowl add the soften cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese, and parmesean cheese mix all that together. Then add in the lemon juice, garlic cloves, salt and pepper. Also sprinkle in some cayenne pepper and add the drained chopped spinach. Give everything a good mix. Chop up the artichoke hearts and add them to the mixture. Carefully mix the artichokes trying not to break them.

In a pre greased loaf pan or oven safe serving dish place the spinach artichoke dip in and then place it in the oven. Allow 20 minutes for the spinach artichoke dip to fully cook. Once the dip has cooked take out of the oven and serve in a bowl. To garnish top off with some parmesean cheese and serve with crackers. Enjoy!
