Southwestern Crustless Quiche

Try this Southwestern Crustless Quiche! This quiche has so much flavor and it makes the perfect breakfast meal.


  • 6 eggs
  • ¼ cup water (or milk)
  • 1 cup frozen Southwestern blend corn ( should include peppers and onion)
  • 4 oz fire roasted diced green chiles
  • ½ cup pre cooked sausage ( bacon, ham, or can leave meatless)
  • 1 tsp of Saucy’s Seasoning (can use any seasoning salt)
  • 3 dashes of jalapeno hot sauce

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a medium mixing bowl, crack all the eggs and start to whisk. Add the water or milk and continue to whisk the eggs. You will want to whisk the eggs for a couple minutes, this will allow them to become fluffy.

Start to add in the southwestern corn, green chiles, and sausage. Also add in the Saucy’s Seasoning with the dashes of hot sauce. Give the egg mixture a big stir.

In a pre greased 8 inch pan add the egg mixture. Place the pan in the oven and let it cook for 40-50 minutes. Check on the quiche to make sure it doesn’t burn.

Once fully cooked take out of the oven. Let it cool before serving. You can serve the quiche by adding sour cream, salsa, or shredded cheese. Enjoy!
