Want to put a little kick in your potatoes? Try my Horsey Kickin Potatoes! These potatoes add just a little kick to your meal! I love love horseradish with my steaks and thought, why not add them to my potatoes! That is how I created this recipe!
4-5 Russet Potatoes
4 oz Cream Cheese
3 Tablespoons Butter
2 teaspoons Horseradish fresh (or cream style)
1 clove of Garlic
½ teaspoon of Salt
¼ teaspoon of Pepper
To garnish use a couple chopped green onions or chives
Wash the potatoes and peel the skin off. Cut the potatoes to be about 1 inch. Then place potatoes in a saucepan with about 4-5 cups of water, bring to a boil over medium heat for 20 minutes, or until potatoes are fork tender. *You can also add a pinch of Salt to your water to add flavor.
Drain potatoes thoroughly.
Place the potatoes in a mixing bowl and combine all the remaining ingredients. Start mashing the potatoes with a masher. Once everything is well combined garnish the potatoes with some green onions or chives and serve. Enjoy!
