This is one of my absolute favorite dressing in the world! I love making this Ranch Dressing/Dip and taking it to parties. I usually take over a veggie platter or a platter of wings! I always get asked for this recipe and I am happy to share.
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2/3 cups sour cream
- ¼ cup buttermilk
- ½ teaspoon garlic salt
- 4 teaspoons of garlic powder
- ¼ cup chives, chopped
In a small mixing bowl, add all the ingredients together. Cover with plastic wrap. Then put dressing in the fridge for an hour before serving! Serve with fresh veggies, wings or a wedge salad.
Quick Tip:Try making your own buttermilk. Take 1 cup of milk (whole or skim) and add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice or white vinegar. Let it set for 5 minutes.
