Yesterday I started a new diet. Trust me this won’t last long, they never do! I love food so much it’s hard for me to just stick to chicken and lettuce. This diet I’m on is geared toward eating healthy and no carbs. This post isn’t about how you can loose weight or anything like that. I just wanted to show you what I came up with and share it!
1 sweet potato
1/2 cup shredded chicken
2 tablespoons of BBQ sauce
Wash sweet potato, then poke holes all over potato with a fork. Put potato on a plate and place in microwave for 3 minutes. After 3 minutes, turn over potato and cook for another 3 minutes. Potato should feel soft one pressed all over. If not soft place back in microwave for another 3 minutes. Repeat until potato becomes tender.
Once potato is cooked, use a knife to
cut the down the potato. Warm the chicken. Add shredded chicken on top of potato followed by the BBQ sauce. Enjoy!
